For this project, I designed a logo, print collateral, and responsive website for 929 Design, my design agency. This project was done for Applied 2D Graphics, taught by Jason Caudill, in February 2016 at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. The name 929 Design originates from my birthday, September 29, 1988, which can be shortened to 9/29/1988 (or simply 9/29). The blue color scheme originates from the color for sapphire, which is the birthstone for the month of September. I drew inspiration from the shape of carved sapphire by incorporating diagonal graphic elements into by business collateral (letterhead, business cards, envelope, website). These elements create movement for the viewer and also emulate the angular for the logo.
