Para a produção do modelo de escala 1:5 em PSAI foi feito um molde negativo de 2 partes em madeira, com aplicação de chapa de aço entre a placa de plástico e o molde para facilitar seu destacamento e para acelerar o resfriamento da peça depois de prensada, que foi aquecida com soprador térmico.
