I was looking to define ‘Mature workforce’ in an image. This could’ve been an older person at work, an older person not necessarily employed but still working by helping somebody, or sombody that has a level of maturity to do a job.
My chosen photo was of Colin, ‘The Big Issue’ seller in Falmouth. I thought that he was the most appropriate for defining this as he was an older man, but I think that his level of maturity to become a seller suited the title and also he is part of an often overlooked workforce.
The majority of my photos consisted of older people who were still working, or who were retired and decided to go back to work to keep themselves busy.
