Τhe seminar of Iron Mike Zambidis at Grand Serai hotel, in Ioannina, organized by Aris Panou of Kolossos Gym and supported by the Hall of Brands Store,with great success. The participation was great, as except from the participants from Ioannina, other participants travelled from Kastoria, Igoumenitsa, Preveza, Arta and Parga to see Iron Mike Zambidis and learn from him theoretical and practical ways of exercise and kick boxing, emotional management but also his favorite techniques that kept him in the top of international kick boxing for all these years. Iron Mike after the end of the seminar took pictures with all the participants and signed autographs.
