The Challenge
 
At its heart, this project was about making a leap beyond spirits – or simply put, “If Absolut couldn’t sell alcohol, what would they do?” During a year-long engagement with Absolut we unlocked the full value of the brand by developing detailed business diversification opportunities outside of alcohol.
 
 
 
 
 
The Approach
 
Our strategic approach delved deep into the rich emotions of the brand’s current audience and clashed these with the brand’s future ambitions and commercial considerations. As a result we developed a suite of detailed concepts with robust business cases for validation.
We took the brand from initial scoping to a strong and approved business model supported by a well-defined financial model. We also helped them to develop rapid assumptions testing to get to market swiftly.
