Il sapore della memoria
'The taste of the memory' it is a ptoject for an exhibition of the photographer G. Tedeschi. The photos are about his last travel to India and are all in black and white.
At the entrance of the space is collocated a mandala, symbol of good auspice for the visitors. It has been made using different spicies as cardamom, clove, curry etc. On the side of each photo hung to the wall has been installed a circular stand for the finger food, in order to associate each photo to a particular taste and activate the involuntary memory, taking inspiration from the Marcel Proust's madeleine episode. At the end of the exhibition there is a transportable kitchen to assist at show cooking performances during the 'journey'.
