This drawing is of the Woodstock Opera House, which was used as the Pennsylvania Hotel in the Groundhog Day movie. The building was originally built in 1889 to house the library, council room, justice court and fire department for the town of Woodstock and theatre performances have always been held there too - Orson Welles performed Shakespeare here in the 1930's.
