I decided early on that I wanted to create 3 publications, one for each typeface. I created the grid for each publication based on the structure of each typeface, using the descender, baseline, x-height and ascender.  Each grid is therefore slightly different for each book but this may not be noticeable to the reader. The publications are in chronological order of when each typeface was created: Univers (1957), Frutiger (1975) and Avenir (1988). The aesthetics of the publications relate to a quality of the typeface but the contents relates to Adrian Frutiger.
