Navy Monarch pattern started with the inspiration of a sea animal precisely the face of the walrus.

 

When deciding on the name I mapped out different words and descriptors for walrusses. I thought about how they are often depicted as gentlemen with mustaches, bowler hats, monocles. Descriptor words referencing the sea mixed with terms for and elegant gentleman and distinguished. From this, I let the creative process flow producing the name Navy Monarch.
