The concept was to have random people on the street pay a very small price for a charity ticket and as a reward they had a chance at winning a prize. After they would fill their info on the back of the ticket [left side] the organizer would tear the ticket on the dotted lines and give them the right side with a certain serial no. already filled on both sides.
