Recently I finished a fresh new project of painting a guitar. This is the first time that I have completed a project like this. It was a lot of fun every step of the way and I'd love to do more down the track. Originally the guitar was gloss black all over. I had to sand it back to the wood, apply a base primer and then start painting and drawing.
This was a gift for Catherine who is a big fan of The Carpenters, flowers, my sketchbook doodles and loves playing the guitar. Below are photographs of the finished piece.
