Pilotis as a main structure allows the building to elevate itself from the floor, to create different ceiling heights, to displace different spaces and to respond in a better way in case of an earthquake.
There is the free ground plan, where there are public gardens, the exposition path and the Coffee shop. The pedestrians could use the ground floor, without interfering in the residential units.
The free façadeseparates the building’s exterior from its structure. Roof gardens, developed on all of the levels give the possibility of having a garden in the heart of the city to any apartment.
There are horizontal windows, which provide a new building’s interior- exterior relationship.
As a singular, there are the free ground plan, terraces and the top floor development. Each housing unit is singular in terms of an interior- exterior relationship, but is also repetitive as a modular unit.

The reception, the circulation area, the common terraces, the gym and the humid area are the collective spaces; individually, there are the housing units.
