The aim for Club Training Australia was to develop a new website that would have a higher conversion rate and capture more value from each customer. Starting with a fresh design, we had a number of challenges with reducing the number of clicks required for a customer to convert. The "RSA" "RSG" "HYG" and "FSL1" buttons were a stroke of genius in terms of allowing users to choose the State in which they need a certificate without needing to go to an RSA page which would require them to click on a page. This type of UX design, although simple, has been attributed to the rise in conversion rate for the website. Adding a person in the hero image area is said to "humanise" the brand and build trust. If you check out the website, there is also a custom mega-menu which was required for easy navigation around the website.
his page was a difficult one to implement. We decided to work with wordpress so that the client could easily edit information and add courses at their own will. So by creating custom post types we were able to generate this list of online RSA courses and online RSG courses that we believe allows users to easily navigate to the relevant course for their state and job requirements. The team at Code Digital are proud of what we've achieved here which is a cohesive mix of design, development, conversion optimisation, marketing theory and branding.
