MARCH was hired by the visual effects studio Radium/Reel FX to design a digital set for a car commercial. The direction given was that the space should feel part laboratory, part factory and part showroom.  The long-span “display court” is top supported to limit visual structure and keep the interior surfaces flat and flush. Weathered concrete and raw steel panels are composed against painted metals and tinted glass planes to create an environment that is industrial in nature yet modern by design.
