The Box Project was the last project of DID 1. The task was to create a box design that utilizes movement to make the viewer want to look at all sides of the box. It also had to cater to a specific audience. It was also a project that we were allowed to work on a partner with. This project was probably the one I am most proud of.
Intended Audience
Our packaging design is intended to be sold to female teenagers. The bright color choice and the artsy, hand drawn pictures can pull female teenagers because they are usually attracted to such a design. Female teeagers can also be attracted to the minimalistic design and loose flow of the fish and line work. Also, another audience can be females of the age range of 21-23 because the package could be aesthetically pleasing for the same reasons why it is appealing to teenagers.
