Episode Valletta is a project that wants to show what some Maltese cities have to offer. For the beginning of this project, the first city visit was to Valletta.
Valletta has a lot of history. Its magnificent architecture blends seamlessly with the modern world. This creates a feeling of being in an alternative universe where the past and present collide to make one city with amazing soul.
Once there, the urge to document the journey via footage was too powerful and ended up taking shots of interesting movements that were all around the people of Valletta. Life surrounded the city with different activities around every corner. From circus performers promoting their show to a fitness marathon. From concerts to business men going to court. It was amazing how busy it was and how well it all flowed together.
As it was mentioned above, Valletta welcomes you to its own world. The alternate universe in which one can re-live the past while enjoying the present and because of this that this specific track was chosen. No other track could have fitted so well with how Valletta makes a person feel.
The track [Alice] is a remix from the 1951 animation, "Alice in Wonderland". In the animation [as well as in the literture], The main character Alice falls down the rabbit hole and enters a fictitious world. It is because of this imagery that the track was chosen for this footage.
