This was my fast shutter speed image. I took this image with settings f/1.8, 1/4000, ISO 400. To take this image I had to set my camera on a tripod and pour the water from a cup onto the plate. I caught this image about 10 in and was really happy with the way the water fell from the plate. 

This was my slow shutter speed image. I took this image with the settings f/1.8, 1/4000, ISO 400. I took this while on a hike. I stopped nad saw the water flowing over the leaf and wanted to capture that motion.
