OPPORTUNITY

The creation of this magazine gave an opportunity for both experience working in a group setting and learning as much as we possibly could about the elements and applications of swiss design. Keeping with the style of swiss design and working together as a group to achieve our common goal allowed us to gain experience which can be applied toward other practical work environments.

 

SOLUTION

Swiss design has many key “essential” elements that make a project effective. The greats of swiss design have learned to harness these elements and use them to their fullest potential. This magazine, The Essentials, gives other designers insight on how some of the greatest graphic designers of all time were able to do this. By providing through explanations of the different themes and ideas of swiss design, this magazine works to teach future designers these techniques and how to use them effectively.
