During my internship at Weavers Studio (Calcutta), I explored jamdani samples for yardages and stoles aimed at the Japanese market segment. Colors and rhythms have been inspired by the Japanese aesthetic, and motifs have been drawn from kasuri - ikat weaving of Japan.
