Brief Roots, re-consider a key historical text from a typographer's perspective.
Concept The concept of this project revolved around the creation story found in the Bible. The focus of the concept is on the translating of the bible from the Hebrew Torah to the modern day Bible, and if there is problems that occur when translating it or does the original intent of the writer still remain. The booklet is aimed at Christians wanting to study the “true” meaning of the creation story. The format of the is therefor constructed in a manner to reflect the concept of translation and reflection. The two translations are constructed against one another on either side, but also work together to find one meaning - in some cases. The concept focuses mainly to preserve the true meaning of the original writer of the creation story.
