Studio XS: Primary School
mini studio on the typology of a primary school
This design for a primary school in a historical city in the Netherlands makes focusses on spatial organization and the corresponding facade.
The classrooms are all situated at front facade of the building. Instead of hiding them behind a closed facade, every classroom has a glass facade, designed like a tube. The facade becomes an array of screens, on which the school kids are the actors.
