Project Love Language: Part of SG50
Project Love Language is a joint initiative by Pasir Ris East Active Ageing Committee and Hai Sing Catholic School. The program is aimed at promoting intergenerational bonding and lifelong learning. Through this programme, 35 students were paired up with 15 participating seniors to teach basic conversational English and interact with them over a course of 12 weeks.
I was given the task to interpreted and visually present the stories share by the seniors which they have shared with the students during the project. The project ended off with an exhibition that showcased all the artworks and I was also given the task to curate the exhibition.
