KHAGEE is a Gotu-Kola (Centella Asiatica) jelly that is made for a hot summer day

 

Gotu-Kola is rejuvenative nervine that has many wonderful properties to it such as nervous disorders, epilepsy, combat stress, clear impurity for the skin, senility and premature aging, but because it was so green and taste really rich to the green, it has famous for being using as cures. So it was my intention to bring it's properties and make it easier for many people to enjoy it

 

I extracted the juice from the plant by blending and remove the fiber by using white thin clothes

 

HOW TO: Mix the juice with clean water, add honey to taste, put it in the pot and bring the mixture to the simmer then add the jelly powder, simmer the mixture for 2-3 mins then take down. Wait to cool down a bit, pure in the tray then refrigerate for 2 hours or up to overnight, READY TO SERVE!
