This project was to redesign Hval Sjokolade's packaging.
Hval Sjokolade is a small chocolate factory in Sandefjord, Norway. The redesigned
packaging focuses on the home-made feel, to give the chocolate a credible, warm
and nostalgic visual apperance. The packaging is based on the bags you got at a
confectionary, with modern labels on top. The label on the back conveys short and
forthcoming stories to strengthen the credibility of the packaging.
I gave the product series a new name, 'Smak', (taste) to give the target audience a
friendly invitation to taste the products.
