At Critical Mass, I designed the welcome kit for Citigold. Customers with a quarter of a million dollars are eligible for Citigold and so we wanted to bring a luxurious feel to the welcome kit. I designed several concepts but the client ultimately decided on a trifolder. Enclosed in this folder was a welcome letter, welcome book, appointment card, as well as other materials (business cards, informational booklets).
