Here is the thesis work I realize for the degree at Politecnico di Milano. It explains, shows and sums up all the artefacts we created for the laboratory during the first part of the year. The group project included an infographic, a catalogue, a motion graphic, a poster and a flipbook, all of them designed to spread a message. Our theme was the commercials of Carosello, a famous Italian tv show broadcasted from 1957 to 1977. We noticed that only two types of women were showed by the commercials: the housewife mum which presented savory food, and the young and beautiful femme fatale which presented the alcoholic beverages. Millions of women were represented by these two models, but we think women are much more than housewives or seducers.
