Bamboo Bottle Co.
The fledgling Bamboo Bottle Company began with an idea to create the most sustainable, BPA-free water bottle on the market by using bamboo. Taking the idea further, they decided to use glass to hold the liquid and approached Synapse Product Development to help figure out the rest.
At Synapse, I took the lead on designing the plastic parts and some of the assembly. The lid uses the forms of a bamboo leaf to create an elegant and comfortable language that's easy to grip and unscrew, while making a statement about the "green" nature of the product.
