The Battle of Yavin was the set finale of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. It featured squadrons of Rebel Alliance X-Wings and Y-Wings all converging on the Death Star. As well at the Death Star’s cannons and defences, squadrons of Imperial Tie Fighters engage in dogfights with the Rebels.
Not everyone who played a part in that famous battle was name checked. But some of the brave Rebel pilots were. This simple design pays homage to the pilots of Red Squadron that included the eventual hero of the hour, Luke Skywalker.
