SilentPartner is my Final Major Project from the University of Northampton. The subject that I choose for this was; 'deaf and hearing impaired in a work environment.' It is common that some business owners reject a deaf employee because of the fact that that person is deaf. They think that a deaf employee is not able to work, but in the meantime they can do wonderful things. The big problem is that communication isn't as smooth as with a hearing employee. That's why I choose to make these little books. They all have their own purpose.

 

SilentPartner | the boss and colleague's book. In this book are do's, don'ts and tips for a boss or colleague to make the communication with a deaf employee easier. 

SilentPartner | the deaf employee's book. In this book are do's, don'ts and tips for the deaf employee to make the communication with their boss and colleague's better. By motivating them the communication will get better too. 

SilentPartner | the sign language book. In this book are the icons for left-handed abc, right-handed abc and the words that are common in the work environment.
