The task of this student work was to describe a character – a metaphor of how I see myself in design – in the form of a booklet. I chose matryoshka as a metaphor of self because of its multiple layers. The design layers of my matryoshka self are: colour, typography, imagination, composition, tools and, I admit, laziness :) In this interactive booklet all layers are mixed. You can connect the matryoshka parts together as shown on the lasts pages or make your own combination of layers!
