Project "Creating DESIGN SYSTEM: Landing Pages and Components" (2012)
My role and main activities in the project:
- I was a Lead UX;
- Line-managed a team of 3 team-members;
- Led creation of the company’s first Design System;
- Created a library of universal UX/UI components and patterns that can translate from a UK market to pan-EU, across multiple TC brands;
- Produced annotated wireframes and interactive high-fidelity prototypes;
- Agile project management with Scrum methodology was used.
PROJECT DESIGN OUTCOME / ACHIEVEMENTS
Amazing results have been achieved after this project's completion:
- Overall 5th place out of 52 benchmarked Travel websites (Recognition of achievement by an independent evaluator):
