Eat Yourself Happy Infographic
Following the success from the Mind Training For Your Weight Loss Journey infographic I created, this Eat Yourself Happy guide which informs readers of what foods are best to eat to sustain energy throughout the day.
I really enjoyed working on this project, I had freedom to be more creative and display the information in any way I wanted to. The first step was to sketch a basic plan (similar to the final version above), chose a color scheme and a variety of fonts which suited the Atkins brand, I then opened Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and started creating the clock icon. The rest of the design followed from this point, I created the rest of the icons and after a variation of layout options I decided on the one you see above.
