The presented site is in an urban context located at General Buat street in Nantes, France. The project is an individual home destined to two separate families who bought the same land. The house must realized by thoughtful definitions of volumes, the quality of the spaces, the circulation management and views and with the response to the request uses.

In the manner of Roman villas, I desired to close the built island by integrating a large central garden space, with common areas or not for the two families. Both housing shall join in one "villa" based to a balanced organization where different parts are oriented to the garden and the circulation towards the street. The building is raised slightly to allow privacy of inhabitants from the street. The sloping roof allows to bring more light to the garden and the wood siding with large expanses of glass makes it to sun-protect or not.
