Slow Food USA Mock Campaign (DSGN 104)

DSGN 104 focused on developing my understand of form and clearly communicating an idea. 
 
The goal of this project was to further my understanding of the basic objectives, principles, and methods used in graphic design.The projects presented to us were designed to provide a range of opportunities for creative problem-solving within practical constraints. Our Our hypothetical “client” was the organization Slow Food USA. 
 
For my campaign i focused on the dwindling Honey Bee population and how this can and will affect our food source. I created a poster, brochure, three dimensional sculpture and a 14 second animation. 
Poster Project Requirements:
Communicate a significant message relevant to the subject— as broad or specific as appropriate—in a powerful way.

Brochure Project Requirements: 
Present a quantifiable aspect relevant to chosen subject. Intregrate charts, graphs or other informative graphic devices Develop and employ whatever text and visuals are appropriate for clear understanding within the form of your brochure. Attribute the sources of all information. 
Dimensional Outdoor Sign 
Identify and attract attention to the organization’s, while further dramatizing a goal or aspect of the subject matter in dimensional form. This sculptural form should have interest and impact from all angles, as well as attract attention with the portion that would project above a crowd gathered around it.
