I’ve always wanted to make my own range of vinyl toys, like those found at Kidrobot. This one is called “Space cactus”, the only trouble with this model is getting the hovering ball to stay above the arm. Maybe fine wire would do the trick. Anyway I also see this character having flames shooting out from under the pot, kind of like a rocket. Next… modelling some of his friends.
