ART DIRECTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT [2009]

Laid out for 20 versions in 14 different languages, the total print run of this brochure was over 600,000. The page count varied between 48 (+4) and 72 (+4) pages. For cost reasons only the black print plate was generally changed between versions, necessitating a tight control over text and layout to avoid any mismatches, knockout and overprint errors. I managed the project from an initial photo shoot through art direction and execution to visiting the printers to oversee the final outcome.
