A canvas portrait of Yolandi Visser, the contorversial singer of Die Antwoord. Both much-loved and loathed by South Africans, I thought her a worthy subject as a woman bold enough to consistently challenge concepts of mosdern femininity, and womens' roles and behaviour in the media spotlight.
