The goal of this project was to redesign a current magazine. This included redesigning the masthead, 3 new covers, a table of contents, one department page, and a feature article of 2–3 spread.

 

Below is the redesign of Sneaker Freaker Boogazine (an Australian publication about sneakers and sneaker culture) for the U.S. audience. I have a particular interest in shoes and sneaker culture, so I wanted to create something like Sneaker Freaker that would be in a magazine format for the U.S. audience. All of the photography and illustration is original and created by me for this project, with the exception of the 3 shoe photographs used on the page marked "37" within the feature article.
