This is one of the first Canvasses I did for the #eventcanvas. The idea behind the canvas is to create a common compass that can convey the value of the event and that can serve as a guid in the realization of the greatest value of any event...: behavioral Change!

As the process of going through the canvas evolves we get better and better at the ways of mapping the stakeholders that are present in each canvas. They all serve a part in the narrative that emerges as you focus in on the specifics of your event.
