Thanks to my fellow classmates help, I was able to narrow down my ideas and pick only two from my ten designs. It was a tough call between design #5 and #10, but I decided to go with #10 for my finalized vector logo. I feel as if this logo would serve most effectively for the zoo, the reason being that it is simple and unique. I would have gone with the other design, however this logo would not fit all five of the companies attributes. The way that the hippo looks with its mouth open would not be settling to some younger children, and therefore the logo would not meet the Tokyo Zoo’s number one attribute, “Family-Friendly”.
