ZMK worked with the architect and client, to renovate this spacious five room, two and a half bath apartment in a new condominium with prewar glamour designed by famed architect and historian Robert A.M. Stern. The existing layout stayed the same, but the gorgeous custom hardwood floors were all refinished and new crown and window casings were installed throughout the residence.  All walls were given a skim coat of plaster creating a level surface for painting, fine finishes and custom wall coverings.

The large chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and a one-of-a-kind onyx stone slab counter. Two spacious bedrooms, designer baths, and a beautifully detailed dining and living room complete the space. A high-tech Crestron system was installed and operates the entertainment systems, thermostat, lighting, motorized solar shades and master bedroom black-out shades at the touch of a button.
