I am often asked to communicate complicated benefits information to health plan members, and this piece is a good example. Many plan members get a higher benefit when they designate a Primary Care Physician on their health plan website, and further if they see their PCP first to obtain referrals and precertifications. Here, I decided to start with an engaging headline, and then bullet out important information about cost savings on the reverse of this flyer while incorporating FAQs.
