As a group our concept focused on portraying the hidden secrets that the character Jay Gatsby holds. In the book no one knows who Mr. Gatsby is, what he does or what he looks like despite the fact he holds big parties every week at his mansion and many come. People assume what he is until Nick Caraway, Gatsby's neighbour gets close to knowing Mr Gatsby personally and finds out the true story and secrets behind Gatsby's gates. Our patterned design showcases the 'Gates Of Gatsby' leading the reader to open the gates (the book) and come in to find out the true story of who is the great gatsby.
