Site is surrounded by educational institutions (SOTA, SMU), and by characteristic landmarks (Cathay building, Rendezvous hotel). It is situated near Dhoby Ghaut MRT station thus it has extremely high human traffic.

Made from bent acrylic sheets, this model aimed to be ephemeral and light, showcasing the open concept where most spaces are naturally ventilated. All programs are encased in ellipsoidal glass rooms, which can allow people to peer in when the curtains are open, or be private spaces when curtains are drawn. 

Hard landscaping is achieved through the thoughtful curving of floor plates into undulating ramps that promote vertical circulation. Soft landscaping is achieved by greenery fulfilling the Lush 2.0 program, placed where sunlight falls abundantly. Roofs of the ramps double up as open terraces for people to congregate or relax.

Lecture theatres are located on level 2 and 3, where floor plates are sloped to assist seating arrangement. Structure consists of thin columns as they are a visual vertical connection and are non-obstructive of the fluid horizontal circulation.
