The Institute Cultural Council at IIT Bombay represents the cultural arm of the institute
which conducts recreational activities and competitions for students aimed at encouraging them
to explore all cultural genres and inspiring creativity among them.
 
Shades of a single colour were chosen to depict the nine cultural genres and symbolise the correlation between them.
This helped exemplify the organisation's objective of encouraging students to take up multiple cultural genres.
The main inspiration behind the fluid nature of the design incorporated in the logo was to showcase the phrase
