Going above and beyond what the customer expected was common for the 21st service center. I took a novel and inviting design approach that among other things let me avoid the dread stock pic of "call center girl with headset." This series of posters was so well received and internalized that it spawned a second round internal campaign to all of 21st's offices nationwide.
This second round of posters were spread internally throughout all 21st offices nationwide. Personally I had even more fun the second time around working on these.
