Forbid, then?
Things that are forbidden in Singapore

Singapore is often seen as a police state to people from other countries because of the harsh laws that are implaced. The laws include odd restrictions on personal acts, some which are comical in their absurdity and others threatening in their limitations. Unlike odd laws in other countries, some statutes are enforced with extremely strict and often bizzare penalties. However, these laws that are enforced help Singapore to become one of the “finest” city in the world. All around Singapore you can see posters in buildings and parks telling people what they should do and what they should or shouldn’t do.
For this photography assignment, I will be portraying some of the illegal stuff in Singapore. Some at which are to poke fun at the silly laws such as the ban of chewing gum, while other photographs take on a more serious note to show the justification of some laws such as banning of drugs such as (ketamine, cocaine etc).
