The purpose of my research is to design new types of products for an ideal contemporary household store.

DESIGN GOALS
Creation of smart objects that compacts and semplify the housing functions.
The exponential increase in the use of mobile devices is the main feature of the habits of modern society.
The goal is to simplify recharging of mobile devices, because of their excessive use in relation to their lack of autonomy.

Placed on a desk, DOTTA becomes a wireless charging station (inductive charging) for mobile devices.

Thanks to its functions, the lamp can be adapted in other areas of the house according to the user’s needs.

Thanks to the 30° tilt angle of the base, the lamp allows the interaction with the mobile device charging.

DOTTA has a dimmable LED light, becoming a well-lighted book-stand.
The lamp is made of three parts: base, frame, spot light.

The light can be adjusted thanks to a long pressure of a modulation sensor, which offers four different luminous intensities, depending on the use of the lamp, with or without mobile device.
