Magasin de Vin - sophisticated wine boutique

The design is kept industrial to bring back life into the building and reinvent the space. The materials are locally sourced as well as recycled such as the timber cladding on the service counter made out of old timber wine crates. The west wall is showcasing the specials and new arrival stock. The wall feature is charcoal stained pine which can be written on.
At the back is the wine gallery where the wine collector can spend their time. The tasting room is located on the first floor. Here, the enthusiasts can enjoy the wines and might decide to go up to the restaurant to enjoy it with some food.
Wine can not only be tasted on first floor but also at the front counter and in the wine gallery. The valuable goods in the gallery are displayed in the same way as the special stock, in looked boxes with glass screens.
To not disrupt the view on the bottles and labels the prices are displayed with simple old fashion price tags hanging on the neck of the bottles. Lighting is recessed into the ceiling to feature the beams and not distract from the wine bottles.
