Ergo-Hose
A Study of Anthropometrics and Ergonomics of the hand
A Study of Anthropometrics and Ergonomics of the hand
A study of the corresponding body parts associated with the use of a garden hose handle was conducted:
A make-shift handle, mimicking the motion associated with squeezing a hose handle
Multiple use testing was conducted
Data was collected and used for ideation
An ergonomic form with a reverse grip and a tilting head was conceived
The handle is able to stand upright when fully extended and is able to hang off a rim by its trigger
